Absa ***** department fails

I deposited money to an absa account the individuals called Melo designs create an account on basis of running a Furniture company once you’d made payment for purchase they close the account I reported to absa but received no feedback and upon investigation 4 other people I know where *****ed by this “company” which has been doing this for years if Absa ***** was doing their Job this company wouldn’t be able to get away with this and it’s a clear indication of inside assistance as a person can’t keep on opening and closing so many accounts without being Investigated.
