I withdrew R200 from my account at an FNB ATM in Randfontein. I discovered that R1000 had been deducted from my account without my consent. I laid a complaint and was told the matter is under investigation. I was told an investigator will call me within 5 days, that was on 07 July 2019 and even now I haven't heard anything from them.
