After being an ex employee for 15 yrs my account was ****** by ********** in 2018. I have listed my account with ***** ID Unit and my ID has been listed , however today 22/01/2021 i received a mail requesting my statements to be used to open a loan . I called Absa ***** and they just said that they will investigate the matter and get back to me . My question is what is SLA agreement ? What if they are successful in opening the loan ? I will be sitting with a problem . Please can my account be closed and re opened with another account number or else i will close my account entirely and move over to another bank
