I am not happy with Absa ***** investigation department as they have come to a conclusion that the loan they claim i had with them was paid up a few weeks ago. My question is still unanswered as i am asking who made the loan with them as i have never did, and who paid up the loan a few weeks after i disputed their debit suddenly it is paid up by who I requested the loan agreement documentation they never gave me and I asked who settled the loan a few weeks ago they never provided details please help me as this is going to happen again my fear is that i will paid my salary into this account what worst could happen as they are unable to resolve this problem at hand I am desperately in need of help please assist.

Rezona The e-mail you sent me always states that you are busy with investigations that does not satisfy me. All i want is the detailed documentation of the personal loan that they claim i took with them, however this seems to be the most difficult thing to do and i also want to know who paid up fror the loan in the past few weeks as their investigators are sayin

I spoke to Kagiso who did not provide me with the answers that i have been asking and they are simple send me the documents that you claim i have signed and the details of the person the person who settled the loan in the past weeks.
