My checking account has been continuously hacked over the last week. Despite absa ***** blocking mycard this continues to happen regardless of me telling them it is not my card. Tonight my account was again hacked and money taken out. Because it is small amounts they refuse to take this seriously . They won’t refund my money and none of their “ investigators” have contacted me. They shamelessly disregard any appeals for help. They also refuse to sms or email me a case number
