AFTER PAYING OFF A VEHICLE ACCOUNT ABSA DEDUCTED A FURTHER R90000.00 HAVE NOT REFUNDED ALL THE ADDITIONAL BANK CHARGES AS I KEPT THE ACCOUNT BALANCE AT ZERO.I NOW WAS INFORMED THIS IS RESOLVED.ie ABSA HAS STOPPED ATTEMPTING TO DEBIT ORDER ME.HOW ABOUT REFUNDING ALL THE BANK CHARGES
