Absa *****

Absa without any signed documentation changed my Absa acc from a Gold Value bundle to a pay as you transact in 2017. They refuse to backdate and paid 3 months as an admission of guilt the charges **********ly accrued on my account. They blame me for not checking the cheek of these people despite me calling on regularly asking why my charges are so high. I suggest all absa customers should look if you being a victim of fruad. I also had money ****** out my account with a IMMEDIATE payment which has not been given back. I will be going to the police to lay a ***** charge and notify there ***** department.
