ABSA *****

Reported a **** to ABSA ***** while ***** was taking place on 1/2/2019. Funds were withdrawn while reporting and requisting to stop my cr card. Today 6/2/2019 I was informed that the amount of R4000.00 would not be written back as I authorized the transactions I reveive a email and a call. This is not true I was on the line with ABSA ***** while the sms's came through on my cell phone I opened the sms's and according to my knowladge that is not confirming to a transaction. I send a email back to ABSA explaining the matter. I was informed to take it up with the OMBUDSMAN.
