Absa *****

On the 29 may 2017 I spoke to Robbie Roberts about ***** listing @ SAFPS that Absa bank as done under my name and Robbies apologized and refereed me to Mzuvukile Mndzulwane wo asked me to send a copy of my ID and an Affidavit to say I that I lost my ID and a ********** account was opened and it wasn't me.

On the 21 November I spoke to Tebello Rakosa about the same issue, he also required the same documents but till date nothing has been done and I am struggling to move forward with my life. I am trying to apply for home loan and it still reflect that I am still listed. what a useless service I got from absa. This is why they losing customers.
