Absa took R4000 from my account on the 20th of November I dont have money to give out like that for no reason no agreement I went to the bank this morning in work time but no service they cant give back my money bc of a journal that they created for 4000 rand shocking ! And one for 1070 rand !! That they toik in the 1st of november
I phoned the numbers that was given to me after several attempts I got someone that told me it was n loan from 2012 but I was under the impression it was a current loan witch I settled .... I had two loans after that last year but didnt know I still owe them for a loan in 2012.
How did they give me loans without even discussed the outstanding one ??? Confused
I have a little baby work in santon and cant afford to lose this money I will arrange a debit order for the outstanding amount but not 4000 rand ....
I feel discussed with absa I have been a client for many years and this is how they treated me
Please why and how can absa do this ??? I want my money back I cant wait 3 days how will I get to work .
