Absa fox Street Stole my mother's phone

My mother went to Absa fox street and to go sort out certain things and she had her phone and was busy with the consultant that was assisting her. My mother's phone was left at the Consultant's desk and when my went back she was advised that the Consultants aren't allowed to request or retrieve the footage which makes question the customer service training offered to the Consultants? Which company doesnt allow employees to request footage?so my mother wasn't safe as now the person might have information which they can access ? How does a phone get lost in ghe branch? The branch managers should be ashamed !!Ineed this sorted as I am willing to escalate to the highest to make sure the matter is resolved as my mother has business with Absa and I will encourage her to close all investments and accounts she has with absa because it's a **** and hires consultants that cannot assist.
