ABSA FOURWAYS MALL TERRIBLE SERVICE

I was at the ABSA Branch in Fourways Mall this morning 3/12/2024 to enquire about the fees I'm being charged over and above the monthly account. Attended by Phumla Ngonyama was just pointless I literally left the branch with no knowledge of what's happening with these account fees this consultant seemed less interested in being of any assistance to me all. It's pathetic honestly, she did not even enlighten me as a customer about what was included in the fee she just printed a statement history and pointed I could barely even hear her through the perspex. Ay shame ABSA this is the first time I received such appalling service from your people. And I still don't know the reason for these individual charges when I pay a bundle fee.
