Absa Forensic not picking up

<p>Hi ,</p> <p> </p> <p>I need to do an urgent transaction on my internet banking but cannot do this since theres a hold on my account and I've been calling the forensic department and no one is picking up at all.I've called several time and been holding for morethan 10 minutes in each time.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is a very urgent transaction I need to do.</p> <p> </p> <p>Lindani</p>
