ABSA FORD CREDIT IS *******!!!

Absa Ford Credit has made my life a living hell for the past few months. I had requested for them to start debiting for my car on my husbands account. Every month I receive calls from their call centre agents telling me that they tried to debit on my account and it never went through. However I specifically requested they debit on a different account of which they do indeed have the banking details. To my surprise 2-3 months ago they debited R64 and called me a day after to tell me I'm owing them. This month they debit, next month I receive 50 calls from them saying I'm behind. Whereas they have full details for them to debit. They are ruining my credit record and we now have to keep making reversals on the account because they end up double debiting on the 15th and 25th. I am fed up with Absa Ford. I now even regret purchasing from them. Every agent I talk to promises to solve the matter and escalate it to their admin department, but I know next month ill receive a call from them again claiming I'm behind with payment. ABSA FORD has made my life miserable. I'm enough of them!!!
