I have been paying EXTRA towards my installment, some silly person went and capitalized my EXTRA payment TWICE. And now I am showing as in ARREARS!!!! Affecting MY credit rating. Seriously???

05 May 2022, 12:32The matter has not been resolved but has been closed. It is still being incorrectly calculated. I am currently showing in arrears of 1 installment which is impossible.
