ABSA forcing unwanted insurance policies!
Absa is threatening to add an insurance policy onto my car finance that I don't want! Got a call from them saying if I don't verify that I have insurance on my car that they'll automatically add insurance with a premium of R1,859! I obviously have insurance since the time I bought the car and I will not be forced into additional insurance just because ABSA wants more money. This is disgusting and I bet ABSA are charging a lot of people for insurance against their will. They have no right to do this!
