ABSA Fleet Services has no customer service

ABSA Fleet Services communicated a January 2024 increase, but app**** the increase in December 2023 already. I have reported the issue on 2023/12/18. Followed up on 2024/01/12. Followed up on 2024/01/17. Followed up on 2024/02/14. Feedback, almost 2 months later: Kindly be advised that this matter is still being attended to. How is this acceptable?
