Absa Fleet Services - Cancelled card

We cancelled one of our vehicle Fleet cards in 2012 because the vehicle was in an accident and the vehicle was written off by the insurance. We cancelled the card in 2012 because it was not active any more, about 6 months after the card was cancelled we received an email that their is transactions been done on that card we call Absa Fleet and sent emails to cancel the transactions and investigate the problem, in 2014 the transactions stop for a while and then in the middle of 2014 it start again, we sent the emails and request to Absa Fleet and they said in a day or two it will be stop. We are know in 2015 and every month money is been deducted from the cancelled card for toll fees. <br>
