ABSA FLEET service is so bad.

ABSA FLEET - I really did not want to write this review, but I'm shocked at the service I'm getting from ABSA fleet. I've been calling and emailing for fleet fuel statements all week. No acknowledgement of my mail. I instead have had to call the call center, to which you hold for almost an hour. Emailed Thokozile Mia and spoke to Mbali in call center. A week later, no assistance. Such poor service from such a big brand. And you know what, if they'd acknowledge my email, and explain eta, it would be understandable
