Absa Fleet - One of the biggest banks have no integration between departments? All of the other banks do however!

As per my previous review it has taken months to get Absa fleet to look into the matter that we are not getting paid for transactions that we have received authorisation numbers on. So after months we have an answer, the call center agent that instructed me to use a specific code, after he did a name lookup and not using the merchant number that I gave him. That was on the very first call for authorisation. Forward about 9 months later and we are still trying to get this sorted. We have from Absa Lyris vd Westhuizen, Thabitha Mosehla, Carol Lebakeng, Reginah Masete, Kedibone Phakathi on the case and still no joy! We app**** for the Merchant number and was issued not 1 but 2 numbers and then instructed to disregard the first number.... we followed the instructions to send our bank account information to ***. Now Lyris (after about a month of back and forth on email) informed me that we did not send the info to AVMS but only to the Fleet Card department?!?!? So clearly there is no integration between the Fleet departments or someone was sleeping on the job? All of the documentation we sent in had our Company registration number, VAT, Bank account letter and was sent to a AVMS email account? I do not work for the bank and as thus just followed the instruction that was received for Absa. Clearly nobody wants to take responsibility for the problem as the documents was clearly not properly reviewed and the account not created correctly. I followed the instruction from Absa after months of not getting paid and getting frustrated this was the response from Lyris:

"Good day I don’t appreciate the tone of your e-mail , I am merely covering all angles to ensure that all requirements are meet to assist you. Please do forward me the information you supp**** to AVMS. Lyris"

I am at the end of my rope and this needs to be sorted.....Absa get your act together!!!!!
