Absa flagged me for “attempted *****”

Having previously fought with Absa Idirect over a claim l put through, and they had initially declined - then partially approved after my posting on Hello Peter; it is very disgusting to learn that whilst I have been given a month’s notice of cancellation of my whole policy - they have also flagged my name under some system used by insured! Whilst on a call with a insurer I was shocked when their representative said my name was flagged for “attempted insurance *****,” by Absa Idirect. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves Absa! Shouldn’t l have complained about the manner in which you handled my building claim? Why the hell would you flag my name for “attempted *****?” You’re basically trying to ruin my life all because of my complaint on hello Peter! Remove that lie from whatever system that you flagged it! This is absolute unprofessionalism and pretty soon am engaging my lawyers!
