Absa fixed savings

I Had a notice fixed savings account I then requesting immediate money from the account and i was told that the money would be cleared in 24 business hours with a penalty charge it has been a week that the money has yet to be paid out.

I understand that they were some public holidays but this is unacceptable.

Some assistance would be appreciated

I was told that the money will reflect by the end of the business day ? If not by the end of the business day then is there a number that i can contact directly ? And what time is the end of the business day? As i need the money urgently . Thank you
