ABSA Financial services

I have been with ABSA since I can remember, very loyal as a function of the type of vehicles they produce. I also had my finances with them until I had some challenges two years back when I lost my work, I lost my vehicles, 2 of them, and had to go over into survival mode, I contacted all my debtors and made arrangements for payback terms. Now 2 years later I want to purchase a new BMW, all debt has been settled and paid up, with settlement and paid up letters. The new vehicle that I want is of a lower monthly instalment and still they refuse to give me a loan for the new vehicle just because ITC and all the rest has not been updated. I provided all the prove for all the settlement letters and also appointed and attorney to clear my name, still this is not good enough..... I hope ABSA you read this and wonder what it fees like to be on the other side of the receiving end because it can happen to you and the people you employ sooner than later.
