Absa finance terrible service

Absa Islamic finance has terrible service. After numerous attempts at getting a simple settlement letter we finally managed to get through to some *********** person who takes all our details down to email us a simple settlement letter and has not done so gone 1 day later. It is beyond me as how something so simple can lead you on a wild chase. I wonder what would happen if a client had to call with a legitimate query
