Absa Finance poor service

Absa is such a ******* bank, we financed a car through absa bank it was the worst decision ever!!!! They dont know what customer service us their staff is lazy and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to finance a car through absa. Payments up to date but Absa still sends an agent to fetch the car. They don’t even make a call to the client they just send someone to your address. Im glad we are switching our vehicles finance to Std Bank we wont gave to deal with the ****ty service from absa
