ABSA finance offers terrible service

I paid off a vehicle which was financed by ABSA Vehicle Finance on 25 August 2025 and yet I have still not been contacted regarding the change of ownership.

Nor has ABSA vehicle finance sent Debtbusters the proof of Account Paid Up Letter for the vehicle so that Debt Busters can send me the Debt Review Clearance Certificate in terms of Section 71 of the National Credit Act 34 of 2005.

None of the ABSA telephone numbers work. I tried ***, ***, ***, and waited on hold for 24 minutes on *** before being cut off without being spoken to. I was repeatedly told by AI that I was a very important customer and would be connected as soon as possible.
