ABSA Finance Department is utterly USELESS! Absa is the worst bank in our continent

I own a panel beating shop. A client had an accident and abandoned their vehicle which was financed by Absa. Its been over a year and a half and we could can not get hold of a key individual to pick up their phone and give us a way forward. Service does not exist in Absa. We got hold of one Internal member from the finance department name Thoko. She NEVER EVER answers her phone. We started exchanging emails and then she went off the grid again. This vehicle's release fees are above and beyond expectations and all we need is the logbook to dispose the asset to defray expenses. I never even received a reference number! This vehicle is standing smashed in my shop for almost 2 years with no way forward. This bank is utterly useless.
