ABSA Finance can not even provide a settlement letter

ABSA Vechile Finance is the absolute worst. The have all the fancy apps, call in centre and self help system but you can not even get a settlement letter. How I know it is now twice requested on the automated system waiting hours. No place to call or person to talk to to assist. Never do business with them!!!!!
