Absa finance- bad service

My car is financed by ABSA and have been trying to get the latest vehicle statement after clearing all the arrears that were on my account. Their statement still shows that I am in arrears of which that is not true I made all the necessary payments. I have been making calls since last week and some consultants are so rude to me and not even willing to hear me out and two of them that seemed to understand the matter advised that they are escalating the matter for further investigation and they will get back to me and they never did.

I have been making calls even now but nothing has been done. I have been explaining myself over and over again but no help. Moleboheng Mokoena- a consultant I spoke to yesterday promised to send an email to an account specialist to investigate the matter further and get back to me but she never did.

This is a nightmare that is draining me day by day. Oh ABSA what you are doing me is so unfair, your consultants are the worst.
