ABSA FINANCE

I'm under debt review. Absa vehicle finance takes debit order, which results in diuble debit order from my account. They do not honor Form 17.1 & Form 17.2 at all. Now I had reqyested on a monthly basis for a refund, and this month: 12days since 1st request, in writing, and still NO FEEDBACK, NO RESPONCE, NO REFUND. We asked help & this is type of service we received. How the hell do they expect us to survice & live?
