ABSA Finance

My vehicle account was settled months ago, but on ITC it still shows my ABSA vehicle finance account open owing R 5.00, an showing the account is still open. Damn irritating, cant get finance because it shows my settled account is still open. Useless really. i have called more than 10 times over 2 months. Come on
