ABSA Finace doesn't want to give car papers

I bought a car with Ford Finace/Absa. At the end of my contract they stopped debbeting my account and I thought the vehicle was paid up. A couple of months later I got a call from the recoveries department saying that there is still 2 instalments due and they asked if they can reinstate the debit order and I said yes. The debit order went off and everything was good. Now I want to get the papers for the car I bought and the recoveries department didn't update my account so the call centre can't help me and the recoveries department does not awser the phone. I phoned the call centre again and they can't help. They just tell you to keep on trying. I bought a new car and I need the papers to sell the old car. What should I do

Good day.

You send me a email on Thursday starting that the papers will be at the Absa Branch I asked for in 2/3 Bysiness days but I will be updated by CSD Couriers. Today is the second business day and I am still to get any word from CSD?
