Absa Field street
Today I visited Absa bank to withdraw some money while I was at the ATM a customer comes to the ATM that i was at i was so shocked because i did'nt understand what was going on, to my surprise he was being directed by the security how can you direct someone to go to a ATM while someone else is busy. So i asked what is going on the customer apologized and i asked the security with so much crime mind you its month how can you point someone to come to a ATM that im still busy at his answer was there's nothing that can be done about crime and i said you can't speak like that yet you are put here to protect us than he calls me stupid thats where i just lost it how can you call someone stupid because they were raising their concerns. Yoh I'm really confused I'm not even sure if this is an inside job or what was going on I dont even understand how it escalated to being called stupid for feeling unsafe. So much for thinking you safe when the security is around im so angry and humiliated because after being called stupid i retaliated and the security was on about how we speak about women being abused whether male or female when you at a ATM you need privacy it has nothing to do with gender or women abuse. Since he was able to bring gender up my question is if it was a man would he have said the man is stupid??? That whole drama was so unnecessary and uproffessional customer service and security training is required!
