ABSA FICA lock account, withheld cash and withdrawls

Im here merely to have my issue resolved through an absa agent reading this , or either taking it further.

My account was fica locked through Absa 01/03/2017. The way i found out it was locked, was when i through in fuel at a petrol station and my card declined, after going through issues with the garage manager advising there is cash on the card.

They then made me sign a form advising il return to pay the cash. I went to Absa bank claremont there after straight away. Where a consultant advised me it was locked due to FICA related issues and my funds in my account was locked. I asked the agent if i could atleast withdraw cash to pay the petrol station as that was now a worry of mine, the customer service agent advised she cannot and my funds was locked. The agent advised i should submit proof of address and bring alone my ID. I advised the agent my id was ****** when my car got broken into and been waiting on a new ID from home affairs for months and have a affidavit for it.

Also per FICA criteria it had stated if you do not have an ID, you passport or drivers license is acceptable. Thereafter i went home , got the document they required and went to absa in kenilworth centre. The consultant then tells me, she accepts the forms, but they may not accept the passport. Non the less got her manager to approve it, thereafter she advised to me she will submit the forms she got from me but cannot promise my account will be unlocked due to the passport. Thas was now yesterday 02/03/2017, the agent from kenilworth advised she will contact me with an update to advise if it is unlocked and she cannot remove the lock from the absa branch , as my account has to go through back office from FICA. Its now the 03/03/2017 11:45am i got paid on the 01/03/2017. I have still being able to gain access to the cash that belong to me. Absa makes there client feel like a ******** in such a easy process, they say they are customer services reps but they are really not. Ive contacted the fica call centre this morning n submitted my documents 3 times via email and have the absa agent from kenilworth submit it for me ,still no response. All i want is the lock to be removed so i can gain access to my money. A person has rent to pay, electricity to buy and groceries and petrol for traveling to and from work. Absa does not take into consideration the inconveince this courses there customers. You are not withhelding a person car insurance or cellphone contract etc. You are withhelding a persons bread and butter, there salary. Can someone see about having this resolved or getting some form of customer services levels. Also as per FICA passpport does qaulify as verifcation according to the fica act below:

What alternative documents can I provide?
If the green bar-coded national identity document or identity card (smart card) is not available due to the fact that it is lost, ****** or not yet issued, then one of the following means of identification is acceptable:

Valid passport, which is also suitable for foreign nationals
Valid driving license
Valid birth certificate (for minors)
A sworn affidavit or police statement and proof of reapplication for an ID from the Department of Home Affairs is required, as well as proof of your income.

Can anyone assists
