Absa Fica Issue

<p>My mother (55) reopened an absa account about 7 months. I sent here money , which she never received because she needed to produce her proof of residence. After having gone through the inconvenience of getting a proof of residence (This is some what hard if you stay in a village - in light of the fact that there are no street names or anything that resembles a street address ) She gave a teller the address and here account is still blocked . I just sent here money which she desperately needs !!!!! Can some one sort this out ! I called the enquiry line and I was told to go to the branch ! I think that its best she just opens an account with another bank . Ironic that there is absa banner advertising "Bank internationally any time any where " , when you can't even bank locally!!!!!</p>
