ABSA FICA for Social clubs

We received an SMS to Fica for Social Club account, and I was send pilar to post by Atteridgeville Branch and Quagga branch for almost 2 month looking for unnecessary documents, and also they say I must do appointments and on those occasions they either offline or printer not working. And it was not a priority as they say it will take 5 hrs. I was help by Ntswaki and Mr Modiba in Quagga and they never help to this day.

So on the 22 May 2024 decided to go to Lyttleton branch without appointment and was help within an hr and my fica done for the Social club thanks to Customer Service Cleck Jubelinah Ramakuwela, and Mmamoloko Wechoemang and Ausi Lydia for their excellent service.
