ABSA FICA Department

So ABSA's FICA department strikes YET AGAIN. This is the 3rd or 4th time now that an account of mine has been blocked due to FICA not being done, WITHOUT me being contacted by the FICA department. They have BOTH my email addresses, they have my cell AND landline numbers, but I only find out that there is an issue when my account gets blocked. And then I have to act quickly, or else my kids won't have food until ABSA FICA department decides to unblock my account. Absolute *******!
