Absa FICA Contempt

Absa has FICA locked my bank accounts without any prior notice from them. My request for a reasonable notice period to present the required documentation are met with an inane response that there's nothing that they can do, as "it's another department that deals with this."

Being presented with problems rather than solutions as a client is a pointless exercise, and it's clear that Absa staff are not empowered to effectively assist clients. Where can it possibly appear in the Absa Customer Service Training Manuals that it's ok for clients to be blocked from accessing their accounts without any prior notice? Or did my "customer service" people simply skip that part of their training?

Is this really how Absa wishes to treat it's clients?
