Absa Fica block business account without warning. Failed to unblock and now blocked again after 6 months

Six months ago Absa Fica blocked my business account without warning. I gave them all the documents needed for Fica.

After that it took them two weeks to unblock my business account. I complained here on Hello Peter before they unblocked my account.

Now suddenly, six months later, my business account is Fica blocked again. I cannot make any payments!!!

I have sent an email to my business banker last week Tuesday and have had no response!!!!
