ABSA FICA block account without notice or warning

Without any notice or warning, our business account can no longer make payments. After contacting ABSA I was informed that it is a FICA related issue. For 10 years I have used this account which comp**** with FICA requirements. I have spent the entire day trying to get through to ABSA's FICA department without success. Emails go unanswered and so do the phone calls. Short of changing banks, ABSA what is the solution?
