Absa Fica a nightmare

I recently received a notification from Absa stating that I need to update my Fica and send the documents via that banking app or online. It is very difficult to upload proof of address when I have nothing acceptable by Absa standards in my name validating my proof of residence. The tutorial on the Absa site makes it sound very easy, but it is far from that. As a former employee of Absa, I was shocked to see that my fica details have been changed after I left the group. I know for a fact that my address was correct as my home loan was through my employer. Someone has thumb sucked information on my profile and my street address has somehow reverted back to an old address. This is not a good reflection on the company I dedicated 20 odd years of my life to. I have sent email after email asking questions about fixing this. All I get is a generic email that doesn't help me at all. To date my address remains incorrect and I am not getting any helpful feedback.
