Absa fica

Ive ap**** for a credit card and was aproved ive send my documents like a million times. When my card was delivered. I activated in the branch. When trying to ise i was fica blocked. I went to the branch again giving my proof of identity and proif off adress again. Yesterday. Today the same this morning. Ive called and emailed all around. I cant use my online or my card its frozen. And everytime when i call they telling me they will exculate but nothing still happened its still frozen cant do anything.. And ive seen that this is a big problem all around everyone is furious with fica and absa just dont helo out you on the phone just to be told they wil exculate no man. PlEase sort this out ABSA
