ABSA Fiance Charge

So since November 2019 ABSA bank has been charging me a Finance Charge of R1000 over and above my current credit card installments.

I've had my credit card for well over 2 years and have never paid such. Nothing of this sort was explained to me when I app**** for the credit card.
