Absa festival mall
Absa festival mall they have no customer service at all, I've been there twice but the service there is disgusting and ridiculous. All they know is to give you the phone and call customer care, what's the branch for. I am so disgusted and I'm leaving absa. The other day I was at the airport they opened an absa rewards for me without my concent.
