ABSA FERNDALE - DONT!!!
I went into Absa Ferndale (7th Feb) to apply for a secondary Credit Card. A lady named Ingrid Cilliers helped me with my application. On the 9th Feb I emailed her to follow up, and again 25 Feb and again 1 March. Until date all I get is please provide me with your ID number to follow up, or please remind me what we did I see alot of clients. Till date!! NOT A WORD... Is this how Absa treats clients?? All i wanted is a spare card, does it normally take over months to get 1? What does 1 do?? I am extremely frustrated with the service and time delays
