They dont have respect for elderly people, I went more than twice with a 60 year woman who is my colleague she 1st went to unblock her card she was told to sit down in the que even after she told the reception lady she was on lunch didn't have anything to eat she can't stay long as she's on medication and her leg can't allow her to sit long after walking a distance to get to the bank. The 2nd time we went the same lady told her to wait in the que when she asked why they dont have pensioners consultant her colleagues laughed
