Hello Peter..Its Mqashi Macdonald Nkomo (I'd namba in the profile account).It was yesterday 15th December 2021 when I went to to ABSA bank Kathu branch to reserve a debit amount of R2000.Where I met a white lady consultant (nt ****** just forgot her name) who helped me..She then told me that she cannot reverse the debit..I ask her why because the previous month it was reversed..she then continue to tell me that she doesn't know how that person did manage to reserve it..It was a shock to her surprise when I told her is was particularly her who reversed it..She den proceed to check and gave a respond dat the previous month was a naidoo debit (reversable) and now it was a debit check (not reversable).My point in this regard is, according to their debit check policies states that "If any changes are made to a debit order, we'll only authorize them after you've approved them" So my point in this case is : 1.If it was a naidoo debit order (reversable) the previous month which I knew and she confirmed..When,how with who's authorization the initial debit was changed from naidoo debit (reversable) to debit check (DC) without my authorization and my knowledge and acknowledgment of course.. 2.Under which sense wil I reverse a debit (naidoo) the previous month, within a period of a month authorize a Debi check (DC) and still have odesity and courage to go and reverse it when it was fully explained and outlined that the full consent it not reversable. 3. Lastly questionably **********,my intial authorized naidoo debit was R375.. Which however the amount of R2000 was surprisingly debit from my account..With who's authorization was the amount of R2000 was debited from my account when I never did ?? Because despite disputes if the any party feel like I have outstanding arrears it has be through my arrangements with them how to cover it and debit to be amended and approved by the bank only with my authorization.. Nothing other than that,wish however in this case I neva did.. I am stressing,fastrated and dissapointed by my bank Absa which betrayed me, knowing exactly when the debit check (DC) was introduced was to mainly protect their clients against third party's unauthorized debit, unknowledgeable and unacknowledged..I am a bread winner to my children family and extended family members,which however they are expecting me to help them during this hard time for them and in overall fun festive season..I therefore with immediate effect need Absa bank to kindly reserve my R2000 back into my account, failure to do so will have to involved higher legal procedures and Media of course..
