ABSA FAULT - BAD CREDIT SCORE!
After my son got Payment Relief on his Absa Personal Loan Absa gave him over to MBD. After that they took the wrong premiums twice and they did not change the debit order date as requested various times. Got the emails as proof. After all that all we go was "Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused". Now he has a bad credit score because of Absa incompetence. Phone and emailed Action Line. It is going to take 5 - 7 working days to investigate. I have sent them all the proof. All the emails that they were at fault. They have to change his credit score. Phoned in again today. Can't give me an answer and they will escalate it again.

04 Nov 2020, 09:25It is more than 7 working days and still no respond from Absa. He has lost more that 3 good deals on bakkies because his CREDIT SCORE WAS NOT CHANGED! WE NEED THE LETTER CONFIRMING THAT HIS CREDIT SCORE WAS CHANGED!
