Absa false payment relief

So i have a vehicle thats financed with absa, covid relief was offered and absa i rep**** and they was not getting back to me and next thing i know the payment plan was accepted with out explaining the terms and conditions, for 3 months relief absa changes 8 more months which does nkt make sense as we know this is a serious problem in south africa with covid and people are not able to pay for the assets yet you add more with out explaining for someone to accept my installment is 6500 x 8 more months added is extra R52000 for the relief that was not explained and something i was not aware off.

**** and ***** bank to deal with, this is poor service and people should know not to trust Absa bank with dishonesty.
