ABSA false advertising / lack of communication

I app**** for an ABSA product a week ago. They advertise that if you do it on the banking app you get immediate feedback. I phoned on Friday and was told they would call me back. Today is Monday and same story.... I also had the phone put down on me twice. Not happy
